At Silk Sitare, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality products. However, if you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following situations:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong item.

The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn.

In their original condition.
-
With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Cosmetics and beauty products.

Earrings and selected jewelry items.

Personal care products.
-
Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose either:

A store credit, or
-
A full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item, Silk Sitare will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
