All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
Silk Sitare reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or stock issues are identified.
5. Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
No advance payment is required to place an order.
Customers are requested to make the payment at the time of delivery.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We proudly offer Free Home Delivery across Pakistan.
Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
During public holidays, sales campaigns, or unexpected courier delays, delivery times may be slightly extended.
7. Open Parcel Policy
For your peace of mind, Silk Sitare offers an Open Parcel Facility, where available through the courier service.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel before accepting the delivery whenever this service is available.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging.
Requests made after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible and the order will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
