In remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

There are no hidden delivery charges.

Payment Method

Silk Sitare currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.

No advance payment is required to place an order.

Customers are requested to make the payment to the courier representative at the time of delivery.

Open Parcel Facility

For your confidence and satisfaction, Open Parcel Service is available where supported by the courier company.

Customers may inspect their parcel before accepting delivery in locations where this service is offered.

If your courier does not provide an open parcel facility in your area, the parcel must be accepted before opening.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, the shipment may be returned to us.
